Reading Girl Scouts : Cookie Drop 2008 : Volunteers

Schedule for Feb. 28th

• We need 6 continuous volunteers present to keep the cookies moving. If we fall should, troops will be delayed during their pickup slots.
• Signup for one or more 1 hour segements. Half-hour splis are handled if needed.
• Volunteers covering the 4-4:30 slots will be trained, and will pass that training "hands-on style" to their replacements, so expect some overlap time
• Please contact ralph@vinci.org with slots you can cover, or changes in the existing slots you have.

Hand Trucks Needed

Hand trucks large and small are requested. Having about 6 total would be a minimum workable setup. Bring them to Camp Rice Moody on Feb 28th during the day (I'll be on site) with your name on them before 4PM. You can pick them up at 9PM after the drop is complete, or arrange to get them from me (Ralph) later.
