Hello Troop Leaders,

I'm the Cookie Chair for the Reading Service Unit and I am concerned
that I still do not have the Cookie manager information for your
troop. A training session is coming up shortly (November 16th at
Camp Rice-Moody) and it's crucial that any new cookie managers be
informed and able to attend. Also, I need to distribute materials.
If either through errors in my own list collection or because we have
not heard from your troop please provide me with the following
information for your troop via e-mail:

1) Troop Number
2) Cookie Manager's name
3) Cookie Manager's e-mail address (last resort: phone number)
4) Number of girls in the troop

I'm planning on an e-mailing to these people shortly, so please send me the
information promptly if you can, as the meeting is only days away.

Please commence your email subject line with "GS:"
so I can recognize it easily. Avoid sending me a blank subject line
as than often looks like e-mail spam and gets deleted.
