Subject: [GS] Clarifications on Booth Sales

I offer my apologies for not being clear on the signup for Reading booth sales.

Here's my plan:

1) Initial signup was at the Service Unit meeting, one slot per troop.

2) Now, troops can reserve a second slot by e-mail to me.

3) After Jan 1, troops can reserve any additional slots they want,
   by e-mail to me.

My intention is to give troops a chance to get their reservations in
during this busy holiday period in an equitable manner.

My "*** NOTE ***" about the council guidance was with respect to
Boston booth sales, and their own scheme applies to that.
