We're moving along well in our preparations for cookie sales. Many of
the troops have given me their debit information and are updating
their quickbase contact information. Thanks!

We are a fund raising force of 50 troops, with a total of 622 scouts.

A special note: most of you kindly include your troop number in all
your communications with me. This makes my job much easier so I can
index requests in my "master spreadsheet of troop status".

These lists are going out to everyone so you'll also know that I have
received your information as well. If I have made an error in your
troop's status, please contact me.

The following troops (5) owe me a signed signature sheet for the
Cookie Manager.  A scan of the form has been placed in the cookie
manager area of the web site and you can download, print, sign and
send it to me (physical or e-mail).

The following troops (26) have not yet updated their contact
information in quickbase or it is incomplete at this time. The cookie
manager contact is the critical one, and others need to be added to
allow them to receive cookie distributions if needed (leaders,
contacts, etc).  If you are having technical problems, please let me
know.  Troop 1296: we're still working on getting your password.

----Booth Sale Slots Added----------------------------------------------------

Thanks to Jackie's hard work we now have several new booth sale slots.
Check our web site for the table that shows the open slots.  And
remember, After January 1st, troops can signup for more than 2 slots
each.
