Looming deadlines include: Jan 6th, Get Debit information to Cookie Chair (Ralph) Feb 3rd, Input Girl's initial orders into Quickbase I'm trying my best to keep track of the progress of each troop. Below in some of the topics you'll see which troops are behind on on some of their tasks. If you are listed, please attend to these issues as soon as possible. My apologies if I've listed you incorrectly; let me know. ---Cookie Chronicles is being Published----------------------------------- A newsletter is being published by the Patriot's Trail council and I'll be forwarding that as a PDF file in a separate e-mail. I'll also stash a copy in our e-mail archive on our own web site in the cookie section's mail archive [ http://readinggirlscouts.org ] ---Signature sheets------------------------------------------------------ The following troops (3) owe me a signed signature sheet for the Cookie Manager. A scan of the form has been placed in the cookie manager area of the web site and you can download, print, sign and send it to me (physical or rescan and e-mail). 1297 3706 3727 --!!--Debit information--!!--Deadline Jan 6--!!-------------------------- The following troops (6) still need to provide me with debit information in the form of a voided check. This is critical! I will be making a bulk submission of all our financial IDs to the council shortly. They are due to me no later than January 6th!!! Please note that you will not yet see the status of your information in quickbase until March 3rd. 1271 1297 3727 3731 3735 --!!--Quickbase contact information--!!----------------------------------- The following troops (8) have not yet updated their contact information in quickbase or it is incomplete at this time. The cookie manager contact is the critical one, and others need to be added to allow them to receive cookie distributions if needed (leaders, contacts, etc). If you are having technical problems, please let me know. (Troop 1297, you are new and your Quickbase access will be delayed). Don't delay on testing your username and password. They can take a long time to get fixed if they don't function correctly. One site (Bagel World) will not allow us to setup inside. I'll try and keep the booth sale information at the bottom corrected. Please be careful when dealing with these locations as some of them are nervous about the process and may want to prevent future reservations. Of course, others have done this for years and are very welcoming. Tread with care as a representative of the entire Girl Scout organization. ----Cookie Cupboard Information------------------------------------------ The cookie cupboards hours are percolating and the details continue to be updated within Quickbase, so check there for locations and hours. ==================================== Ralph L.
