Subject: [GS] Quickbase Error messages and Extension of Deadline!

Here's a message that just came over the wire to me concerning Quickbase:

To all Service Unit Cookie Chairs,

We are finding an unusually large number of troop contacts who are
faithfully trying to enter their troop data on time, and getting the
following error message.

 "Error loading stylesheet: Parsing an XSLT stylesheet failed".

This is virtually always software incompatibility. This computer needs
Win98 or higher, with IE 6.0.28 (v6 w/Service Pack 1) or higher.

Please help spread this message to your troop folks.

AND because of the high volume of users in QuickBase today, and the
frequency of this error message, and the delay in my posting the Troop
Bonus, we are going to EXTEND THE DEADLINE for one week!

The new deadline for entering contact, girl and goal info into
QuickBase is NEXT Friday, January 13. On that day I will capture the
info that is stored in QuickBase and use that data to determine the
Troop Bonus.

Looking for the 2006 Troop Bonus? It's in the volunteer info section
of the cookie webpage AND in the yahoo group files.

Thanks for your patience with all your new troop contacts.
