To: Cookie Managers and Troop Leaders
Subject: [GS] Deadline: Feb. 3rd @ 6PM : Initial Orders in QuickBase

As of this weekend the troop Cookie Managers should now have all the
initial orders from their troops and should start to enter those
orders into Quickbase. We have a hard deadline of Feb. 3 at 6 PM to
have all those initial orders completely entered into QuickBase.

If additional cookie orders are in progress, your troop must switch to
the small order cards for later processing.

After Feb. 3rd I will begin verifying the order entry accuracy and
contacting individual troop cookie managers as needed. The whole
system locks down completely, myself included, on Feb 7th at 6PM. This
is then used to allocate the truck loading for our big cookie drop.

Feb 28th is our big cookie drop day, and there's a new page at our web
site in the cookie manager section that details the process and time
assignments.
