To: Cookie Managers and Troop Leaders Subject: [GS] Cookie Selldown From the council: COOKIE SELL DOWN Cookies remaining in the Council Cupboards after the sale are offered to our troops at $2.50 per box. The 2006 Sell Down is: Tuesday, April 11th 10AM-6PM Waltham Cupboard (only) Parking is in lower lot only. Carts are available to wheel your order to your car. Quantities are limited to 20 cases maximum. 7 cases - Thin Mints 5 cases - Caramel deLites 2 cases - Peanut Butter Patties 1 case - Shortbread 1 case - Peanut Butter Sandwiches 1 case - Lemon Pastry Cremes 1 case - Cartwheels 1 case - Thanks-a-lots +1 Additional case of any variety We will try to have enough cookies on hand to accommodate all troops. Sell Down Policies: - Troops must participate in the Cookie Sale prior to the Sell Down in order to purchase cookies. - Troops may not pick up individual boxes on Sell Down days; cases only. - You do not have to take 20 cases but can't take more of varieties than listed. -If you wish to buy more than 20 cases or cannot come April 11, you may leave your name on a call list. At a later date, you may pick up whatever varieties of cookies still remain. You may pickup individual boxes at this time, for the Sell Down price. -You do not reserve cookies in Quick Base for Sell Down. -The pickup person must be listed as a contact in QuickBase, and must have ID. -Your troop must be paid in full for all cookies in order to participate. -Payment must be in the form of cash or money orders. Absolutely no personal or troop checks will be accepted. -Cookies must be sold to the public for $4.00 per box, with troop revenue of $1.50. Girls do not receive recognitions for these boxes. -The council does not arrange booth sales and the MBTA is no longer an available site. -All sales are final.
