Subject: [GS] Adjustments to Recognitions

We had a mostly successful distribution of recognitions (rewards) at
Camp Rice Moody. Each troop that picked up a bag (or 2) should have
the needed rewards along with cookie credit sheets. Don't expect the
patches though, as these were distributed at the cookie drop. Some of
you did receive small numbers of adjustment patches. Also, some of you
received "bars" (small number patches for 200+ or 300+) cookies.

Please have you troop cookie chair determine the correct rewards for
your troop using Quickbase, and determine how to distribute the items
among the girls. I will need to know by next Monday night if you are
missing items.

DO NOT GO TO THE COUNCIL OFFICE TO CORRECT THE REWARDS FOR YOUR TROOP!

This must be done through me to prevent them from getting overloaded
with people.

Unfortunately, 12 troops did not send a representative to pick up
their rewards:

Two troops didn't sign the receipts:

I've devised a scheme to get these handled rapidly, and it must be
executed soon so that I can make only one more trip to the council to
get the correction items.

For 3 mornings this week I'll be at my house so you can swing by on
your kid transports or on the way to work. Here are the times:
  Tuesday 7:00AM-8:45AM
  Wednesday 7:00AM-8:00AM
  Thursday 7:00AM-8:45AM
In 1 minute, you'll pickup a bag and sign a receipt with me. I live at
98 Pine Ridge Rd. Gray clapboard siding, crimson shutters, double-wide
white garage door.

  1268 11 replacement patches
  1283 3 additional patches
  3714 10 replacement patches
  3722 2 scarves (I have these already).
