--PICKUP MATERIALS---------------------------------------------------

We had a successful cookie training and many of the troops picked up their
bag of materials. I still have bags for the following troops:

Make arrangements with me to pick them up on my porch, or gather them at
the Dec 6th service unit meeting

A small number of troops (1262 1266 1293) are missing the teen order
cards. I'll be placing those into the Service Unit mail folders
(available at SU meetings). You can also ask me to place them on my
front porch for you pickup earlier if you like.

--SIGNATURE SHEETS----------------------------------------------------

The following troops have not given me their cookie manager signature
sheets (look in your bag of materials):

You can drop these off at my house, mail them, or submit them at the
Dec 6 service unit meeting.

--DIRECT DEBIT INFO or VERIFICATION------------------------------------

I need to collect the needed direct debit information from each troop.
I only have data from 5 troops at this time. These troops are all set,
the rest of you need to either mail me a voided check to
98 Pine Ridge Rd, Reading, MA, bring it to the Dec 6 SU meeting,
or call me by phone IN PERSON to verify if it is unchanged.
I need to receive the detailed numbers. Just saying it's the same
is not a verification.

All cookie managers should now be logging into quickbase to verify their
IDs and passwords are correct. If your access does not work, contact me
right away so we can get it fixed.

My apologies to the following troops who do not yet have their access
information, I'm in contact with the council now trying to get you
setup: 1278 1296 3706

----BOOTH SALES---------------------------------------------------------

The booth sale slots are now being set up and the first signup time
will be at the Dec 6th service unit meeting. The status of the booth
sale reservations will be maintained on our web site
(readinggirlscouts.org) in the "Cookie Managers" section under "Booth Sales".

You cannot reserve until Dec 6th, and the full list of slots won't be posted
until then, but you can view our procedures.
