Subject: [GS] Initial Order Entry Deadline: Feb 2, 6PM

A second reminder! The initial order deadline is approaching! 3 Days left!
You have until Feb 2, 6PM to complete your entry of the initial
cookie orders. Delaying until the last hour is risky, since Quickbase will
become overloaded and slow with other late people entering their data.

Repeat: this is a hard deadline. Your Cookie Manager account will not be
able to modify the initial orders after Feb 2, 6PM.

See your blue "Cookie Book" for details on order entry.

Also, one question I keep getting asked now is answered both in a past
e-mail and on our web site in the FAQ. I realize it is confusing, but
none the less, I won't be answering this question directly by e-mail
anymore.

Here's the text for Question 4.3 and the answer:

Q4.3: I have submitted my debit information, but why is it not showing
up in Quickbase?

This is normal. Quickbase will not be updated until several weeks
after the January 5th debit info submission deadline. Just after your
deadline, I submit the information to the council for data entry. I
will announce when you can expect to see Quickbase reflect the proper
debit info on our mailing list. It will be later in March.
