FLOWER SHOW COOKIE SALE INFO

The Flower Show runs at the Bayside Expo Center Saturday, March 17
through Sunday, March 25. We will schedule one troop per day. All major
movement of cookies must be done before the show hours begin each day.
(You are allowed to bring a small supplemental quantity of cookies
during the day if you run short of a few flavors.) Plan to bring 600
boxes for weekend days and 400 boxes for weekdays.

You may schedule staffing shifts throughout the day; it is no problem
for people to move in and out all day long. You must have at least one
girl and one adult at the booth at all times during the entire show day,
up to a maximum of 12 people (total girls and adults) per shift. When 2
or more girls are present, please plan to have at least 2 adults.

The weekdays must be covered also; these are good times for girls who
attend private schools or are homeschooled.

Saturday March 17, move in cookies 7:00 am, start selling 8:00 am, till
closing 9:00 pm, move cookies out after 9.

Sunday March 18, move in cookies 8:00 am, start selling 9:00 am, till
closing 6:00 pm, move cookies out after 6.

Monday March 19, move in cookies 8:00 am, start selling 9:00 am, till
closing 9:00 pm, move cookies out after 9
   through Saturday March 24, same hours as March 19

Sunday March 25, move in cookies 8:00 am, start selling 9:00 am, till
closing 6:00 pm, move cookies out after 6.

You will notice that most of these dates are AFTER the regular closing
of the cupboards. Arrangements will be made for you to obtain the
cookies you need, and return the unsold boxes, for the Flower Show. You
may arrange a regular or commercial sale. Cookie managers will have a
few days until Wednesday, March 28 to distribute regular boxes to girls
in QuickBase.

If you are interested in a day at the Flower Show, send a request by
Monday, February 26 to cookieboothsale@ptgirlscouts.org. Be sure to list
all the dates you can make it (those who can staff weekdays with girls
are especially needed) in order of preference. Days will be allocated by
lottery. We expect to get many more requests than can be accommodated,
so thanks in advance for your patience, and good luck.
