Subject: [GS] Cookie Drop Results and corrections

Thanks to a lot of help from the volunteers, on the
spot loans of hand trucks, and troops attending at the correct
times, the Cookie Drop was a great success that ran very efficiently.

The delivery was for 30,660 boxes of cookies (2555 cases).
For reference, last year was 29,016 boxes (2418 cases) for
an increase of 5.6%! Excellent results!

However, the final cookies left with me indicate some potential
errors. Please count your cookies and let me know by Sunday night
at 6PM if you are short or have extras. As things stand now I have these
unexpected errors in box counts (boxes, not cases):

  extra   3  Peanut Butter Patties
  extra   4  Lemonades
  missing 1  Shortbread

After the deadline, I will be offering the remaining SU cookie boxes
for sale to troops as a kind of micro-cupboard. See the web site
for a listing at that time. My supply is very limited and it will run out
quickly.

For additional cookies beyond those, you now will use the Cookie Cupboards
which are listed in Quickbase (including locations and times).
