Subject: [GS] Cookie rewards distribution

I have the cookie rewards and they are being sorted over this weekend.

I will be bringing them all to the next Service Unit meeting
(listed on the web site as May 23).

In addition, if you have a pressing need for the cookie credits or have
other reasons to pick up the materials earlier (after May 6th), you can
contact me to arrange an in person pickup at my house.

If you deem this option is necessary, your best option is to ring me
at home in the late afternoon and if I'm there you can scoot by to get
the materials (781.944.1745). I'm at work during the day until school
gets out when I then pick up kids. I make it back home, but then I
have a schedule peppered with many transports for lessons and errands,
so it will be a hit or miss kind of thing.

There is a receipt system similar to the cookie pickup so a
representative from the troop will be signing to indicate that they
have received the proper number of items. I will not have extra stock
of items. As a result I cannot leave items for unattended pickup.

Of course, I'm hoping that 53 troops don't all start trying to do in person
pickups.
